気持ちが乗らなくて 延び延びになっていました ♪
今日 やっと書き上げて 税務署へ送付しました ♪
I sent a decision report ♪
A decision report has been sent by the taxation office ♪
A feeling was not carried and was put off from day to day ♪
At last I finished writing it and sent it to the taxation office today ♪
