景観の良い所へデッキを設置して 楽しんでもらう国の政策です ♪
以前は 「北４線」の素晴らしい景観の所に設置されていましたが 分かりにくいのでここへ移設しました ♪
電線が邪魔して こんな写真しか 撮れませんでした ♪

It is the policy of a country having I install a deck in the good place of the scene and enjoy it ♪
It was installed to the splendid scene of "Kita-4-sen" before, but transferred it to here because it was incomprehensible ♪
Only the photograph which an electric wire did not disturb came out ♪
